Appointment Policy

To allow ample time for all patients and scheduled surgical procedures, we encourage you to schedule an appointment. We see patients in the following order;
   1. Emergencies,
   2. Appointments
   3. Walk in patients
 
Though we can't always anticipate emergencies or cases that take longer than the scheduled time,we make a sincere effort to see scheduled appointments on time.

We can usually provide you with an appointment within 24 hours of the time you call, or sooner if the matter is urgent. Please call (325) 235-4812 to schedule an appointment. 

Should you want to schedule an appointment outside of business hours, you may submit an Appointment Request Form.

Drop off appointments

If you are unable to come during available appointment times, a drop off arrangement may also be made starting as early as 8 AM Monday through Friday. A drop off means that you leave your pet with us to complete the medical care needed and pick him/her up at a later time. Please leave a phone number where you may be reached in case the doctor has questions. For the safety of all our patients, we require that vaccinations be up to date for all patients admitted to the hospital or kennel.

For your protection, and that of others, all dogs must be on a leash and properly controlled while in the waiting area or exam rooms. All cats must be presented in an appropriate cat carrier or leash.
